The undersigned Mr. Augusto Fantozzi, Extraordinary Administrator, of the companies indicated below WHEREAS the Court of Rome has declared the state of insolvency of the companies indicated below, and proceeded to appoint the delegated judges (giudici delegati), to fix the hearing dates for the examination of liabilities and to set for creditors and holders of real and personal titles on moveable and immovable assets owned by, or in the possession of, the companies indicated below, deadlines for filing applications to be admitted to the statement of liabilities (domande di insinuazione allo stato passivo) COMMUNICATES to creditors and to holders of real and personal titles on moveable and immovable assets owned by, or in possession of, the companies indicated below, that they can participate in the proceedings by filing their applications to be admitted to the statement of liabilities at the office of the Clerk of the Court of Rome, Bankruptcy Division, Viale Giulio Cesare, 54/B, 1st floor, room 49, within the respective deadlines specified below:
Applications for admission to the statement of liabilities, for claim or restitution, should be filed through a petition, which can be signed also personally by the party, containing the information specified by article 93, Royal Decree dated 16 March 1942, no 267, and as such the following information should be included: first name and family name of the creditor, tax code, VAT code (when applicable), elected domicile in Rome, the total amount claimed, the title to the credit and any priority rights, or the description of the asset for which restitution or claim is made. Applications must be accompanied by appropriate documentation (regarding title to the credit, priority rights and restitution claims). Creditors must file their applications and related documentation in two copies and, if possible, also in digital support (PDF format). In the event of failure to elect domicile in Rome, all notifications will be made at the office of the Clerk of the Court of Rome.
